Vacant Home Staging

When staging a vacant property the main rooms to stage are the living room, the kitchen/dining area, the primary bedroom and ensuite, and main bathroom. On average the cost of staging is around $2800 for your first month. This includes the staging fee, delivery and pick up at the end of staging and furniture and decor rentals. THE FIRST MONTH, THERE ARE TWO COSTS INVOLVED WITH VACANT STAGING:

Staging fee $1900* + HST: This includes the cost for delivery and pick up and complete set up.

Monthly rental fee $900* + HST: For furniture and décor rental. If the size of the home is quite large or additional rooms or rentals are required the price may go up.

Additional Month: $900 + HST

You’re going to do the work yourself, but you want our staging professionals to give you guidance and advise on how to maximize your home's appeal. The 2 hour consultation in your home will arm you with suggestions, advice, and guidance on how to show your house to its full potential using what you have. Our staff will help you with the best layouts for existing furniture, and how to make some tweaks to optimize your home's appeal.

We work with you to furnish and decorate your property on a budget while making it stand out amongst others in your area. We can take care of complete set up which can include taking care of painters and updating as needed.

WHAT ROOMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD STAGING FEE?

The rooms that would be included in the above rates include the living room, dining room/kitchen (1 dining table), primary bedroom, en-suite, and the main bathrooms. We refer to these rooms as the ‘money rooms’. The monthly rental includes not only the furniture, but the artwork, rugs, lamps, and accessories to create a completed look.

WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL ROOMS STAGED?

Should additional rooms or areas be required the rental portion of the home staging costs would increase.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE STAGING CONSULTATION FOR DIY STAGING?

Our consultation service, priced at $250, includes a visit from our experts who provide advice and guidance on optimizing your home's appeal using your existing furniture and decor.
