When staging a vacant property the main rooms to stage are the living room, the kitchen/dining area, the master bedroom and ensuite, and main bathroom.  On average the cost of staging is around $2600 for your first month. This is for the seller that is living in their home and wants help to ensure they secure top dollar for their home.  You’re going to do the work yourself, but you want our staging professionals to give you guidance and advise on how to mazimize your homes appeal.  The 2 hour consult in your home will arm you with suggestions, advice, and guidane on how to show your house to its full potential using what you have.  Our staff will help you with the best layouts for existing furniture, and how to make some tweaks to optimize your homes appeal.
