Shipping Policies
Staged for Upsell is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. At this time we ship within Canada Only. If you have any questions or concerns when it comes to shipping, please contact us at orders@stagedforupsell.com

Lead Times
Please note that the majority of our large furniture items ship directly from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items, there may be different arrival dates for each item. Since each item and manufacturer will have different shipping and lead times we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to give you an approximate arrival date. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can keep up to date on its location and arrival date. Please note that orders with multiple items may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. Any in-stock items in our store ship within 3 business days.

Shipping Info
Many of our in-store Items are shipped via Courier or Canada Post. Larger items that are considered oversize may be shipped with a freight carrier. For freight shipping, you will be contacted 1-2 days prior to delivery with a delivery time. It is important to note that furniture deliveries are CURBSIDE, meaning that the delivery person does not enter your home or assemble any furniture.

Local & Curbside Pickup
If you are local and want a FREE option, choose Local pickup. We’ll contact you when your order is ready & you can pick it up at our warehouse at 51 Raddall Avenue, Unit 5A, Dartmouth, NS.

Stock
We do our best to list in-stock items on our site, but in the instance that an out of stock item is on our site and you purchase it we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival.If the date is unsatisfactory we will provide you with a refund. If you have any questions about inventory and lead times please contact us at orders@stagedforupsell.com.

PLEASE NOTE: All prices are listed in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged during shipment, you must return the item in the same box and in the same condition.  Please notify us immediately at orders@stagedforupsell.com.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.  Products must be resellable, returned in the original packaging and state. Lighting fixtures that have been installed or have had their wires cut are not eligible for a refund. 

Sofas and furniture over 50 lbs are considered final sale except in the event that the product was received with severe defects. Any custom orders, floor models and clearance items are considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees and return packaging and any initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note that all Freight and Shipping charges are non-refundable.
